About this dataset
Acquired from COVID-DeepPredictor: Recurrent Neural Network to Predict SARS-CoV-2 and Other Pathogenic Viruses. Contains features such as sequences and Classes.
Structure
Consists of training and evaluation sequence datasets for COVID-19 Virus DNA. The test data consists of 5 folds, unevenly distributed, and use one for validation.

| CLASSNAME | Which type of class does it belong like the name of the virus |

Usage
Use Classifier Models such as Random forests, KNN, Logistic Regression, Naive Bais, etc. I have also demonstrated the use of the Transformers (DNA- Bert) model in the sample code. Classify based on the sequence of the Viral DNA.
