This dataset comprises a collection of parameters used for sales analysis in the state of Connecticut. These databases are sourced from a repository on GitHub and the respective official sources of the state of Connecticut:

Data Description:

• CT_Municipalities.csv: It contains the main data of the state of Connecticut, divided by city and county.
• FipCodes.xlsx: Excel File with the data used for localization
• Real_Estate_Sales_2001-2020_GL.csv: Main prices file, where it is presented the data of sales for each building by year
