This Data Set contains two essential files. The first is "Combined List + Company Names by company RUT" which includes a merged version of the second file ("Directories by company RUT") plus the company's name corresponding to his company ID (RUT).

Each individual (in chile) is recognized by a unique RUT (ID Number), but not all individuals registered that information into the CMF (from where data was extracted).

The second file contains the info for individual company's where each file name correspond to a company's RUT (ID)

It must be noted that some rows may be duplicated, and there are missing values in both files.

DATA:

• Unique Business ID: File Name
• Rut_Individuo: Unique ID By individual
• Nombre: Names of the people that form the directory, each one has a unique ID in the column "Rut_individuo"
• Cargo: Title of each individual in the company
• Fecha_nombramiento: Date when the individual/ member of the board started in the position referenced in the column "Cargo"
• Fechatermino: Date when the individual/ member of the board ended his position referenced in the column "Cargo" if NaN they continue working for the - company RutEmpresa: Unique Business ID
