As part of a case study for the Google Data Analytics Certificate for Coursera, I completed some analysis and visualization of data from a bike sharing co-op in Chicago, IL, USA from 2019-2020. The primary areas of focus were comparing the usage of casual vs member users, with a particular emphasis on how they differ. The overall goal of the case study was determining how to convert casual users into members by presenting data that would inform the marketing team of potential areas of opportunity.
