Context
The Portland, OR housing market, like many markets in the US, has utterly exploded. A once-stable and affordable market has become nearly impossible for the first-time buyer, even in the suburbs. Covid-19 did not appear to slow down home sales or price increases. There is much to be studied in this market to gain future insights on real estate in booming suburbs.
Content
This file is RAW, uncleaned data scraped with the Zillow API. It comes with nearly 500 columns. Column descriptions are not provided and must be researched or intuitively deduced. Users of this data will be practicing their data massaging, cleaning and feature selection skills, in addition to the later EDA and modeling.
A later version will feature cleaned files as a starting point, although those will come with my personal bias for feature selection!

Inspiration
In EDA - how did housing prices change over the course of a year of data? Can we predict housing prices based on the included features?
