This moderately edited dataset is courtesy of the City of Denver, Colorado.

The following changes have been made:

• Useless columns dropped
• Dates converted to datetimes
• District_Id column misentries in converted to "Data Mis/Not Entered
• Bicycle_Ind and Pedestrian_Ind column NaN values overwritten with -1
• Columns munged (stripped of whitespace, converted to Title Case, some other changes (SUV instead of Suv)
• Null values dealt with on a column-by-column case to ensure the maximum analysis possible (Some dropped, some replaced with 'Field Not Entred', some note pending investigations or court hearing.
