Konigsberg IR et al were investigating the pathways in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) using DNA methylation data from IPF and healthy lung tissue.

Content

Illumina MethylationEPIC array data was collected on lung tissue from 24 IPF cases and 14 control subjects. The raw data is stored as Intensity Data (IDAT) files from the red and green channel for each sample. There is also phenotype data records for each sample. A list of cross-reactive and variant probes is provided for the purpose of assisting in the preprocessing and quality control (QC) of the raw data.
