These data are comprised of data collected on all of the strains of SARS-CoV-2 reported to GenBank and includes protein and genomes sequences along with metadata. A resource for more information on these data can be found here. The data on each accession id was collected from GenBank using the Entrez library for python, which uses the NCBI API.
