Modern day cricket sees batsmen moving around the batting crease to create better angles to play innovative shots. The decision boundary for wide deliveries cannot be judged by the guideline drawn on the pitch as the guideline must be dynamically moved according to the batsmen's movement. To create such a decision-making system, we collected and created a dataset of many deliveries where the batsman is moving around the crease to play innovative shots but decides not to play them in order to make it a wide. It contains two camera angles of the same event - front view and the side view. With these two views, activities like ball detection, ball-tracking, batsman pose detection can be done in order to build a system that can dynamically and virtually find the position of the actual guideline for wide balls based on the batsmen's movement. The dataset also contains images of balls to train models for ball detection and tracking.
