Context

This is a collection of all the Airbnb data available online in Italy up to September 2022. The cities included are:

• Rome
• Milan
• Florence
• Venice
• Naples
• Bologna
• Bergamo

Also full listings are available for these Italian regions:

• Sicily
• Puglia
• Trentino

Content

For each geographical area there is a dedicated folder which contains these files:

1. Listings: this csv file includes all needed information to find out more about hosts, geographical availability, necessary metrics to make predictions and draw conclusions with the help of some visualizations tools.
2. Review: this file contains all the reviews listed by id of guest and host, so it can be used for some text analysis projects
3. Neighborhoods: this is a geojson file useful in order to plot great maps.
