This dataset contains the results of a survey about the political and social instability in Pakistan. The survey was conducted through Google Form and collected the opinions of 100k+ respondents from different regions and backgrounds.       The survey asked questions about the performance and popularity of the three major political parties in Pakistan: PML-N, PTI, and PPP, as well as the role and influence of the army. The dataset aims to provide insights into the public perception and sentiment towards the current and past governments, as well as the challenges and opportunities for the future of Pakistan. The dataset can be used for data analysis, visualization, and extraction of meaningful patterns and trends. 

Task

You need to perform following Tasks.

• Descriptive statistics of the survey respondents, such as the distribution of gender, age, monthly salary, and nationality.

• Frequency tables and bar charts of the categorical questions, such as the awareness of the current crisis, the main reason behind the crisis, the party responsible for the crisis, the satisfaction with the government’s performance, etc.

• Cross-tabulation and chi-square test of the association between two categorical variables, such as the relationship between gender and awareness of the crisis, or between party preference and confidence about the future.

• Correlation and regression analysis of the relationship between a numerical variable and a categorical variable, such as the effect of monthly salary on the level of concern about personal finances, or the effect of age on the opinion about the establishment’s role.

• Sentiment analysis and topic modeling of the open-ended questions, such as the government’s strategy to solve the crisis, the opposition’s role in the crisis, the civil society’s role in the crisis, etc.

• Cluster analysis and k-means algorithm to segment the survey respondents into different groups based on their responses and identify the characteristics and preferences of each group.
