Calendar data is the schedule information of short-term rental housing, including housing supply, time, whether it can be rented, rent and rental days, etc.

Reviews data is the comment information of short-term rental housing. Only listing ID and comment date are included in the summary version for time series and data visualization analysis. The detailed edition also includes comments related content and author information.

The data of neighborhood is the administrative division of Beijing.
