Complete ADNI Screening 1.5T dataset containing the preprocessed data (only Segmented DKTatlas+aseg files).

This dataset contains the preprocessed (only segmented DKTatlas+aseg files) 645 different subjects from the AD, CN, and MCI groups of Alzheimer's disease. All of the raw data (3D MRI image) is collected from the Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) dataset. The subjects are 1.5T Screening 3D human brain MRI images.

RAW Dataset source

ADNI (Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative) is a large dataset that contains various types of data including MRI, PET, and clinical data. The dataset is available at ADNI. The dataset is used for research purposes and is freely available to the public. However, you need to register and sign a data use agreement to access the data.

Preprocessing

The preprocessing of the raw data is done using the FastSurfer pipeline. All of the details of the preprocessing are available in their official documentation. More scripts that have been used in this dataset are attached to the dataset.

Dataset Organization

The dataset is organized properly using the organize-ADNI project. The segmented data has been extracted from the entire dataset using the organize-ADNI-seg project. All the details of the organizations are available in the projects' documentation relevantly.

DICOM Viewer

Freeview software is required to view the DICOM images using all the lookup tables, labels, and so on.
