Here is Open Data from the UK's Department for Transport for 2016 to 2020.

In the discussion section are scripts for importing these tables into PostgreSQL and R. In the notebook is a quick clustering script I created.

1. Road-Safety-Open-Dataset-Data-Guide_20212310_v_02.xlsx is a lookup table I've gone to the trouble of creating from the existing data dictionary. It's use is to make the data easier to narrow in on (such as weather conditions, whether an accident was urban, how many pedestrians were involved etc). In this file, the tabs marked, "Accident lookup", "Casualty Lookup" and "Vehicle Lookup" should be left alone as they are simply references to "Query Lookup".

It was created in google sheets but should open in Excel too. Here is the link in google sheets.

2. dft-road-casualty-statistics-accident-last-5-years.csv, dft-road-casualty-statistics-casualty-last-5-years.csv and dft-road-casualty-statistics-vehicle-last-5-years.csv are the main files of interest.

Each share a common key of accident_index should you wish to join them together.
