Context

Trending videos on YouTube demonstrate really interesting features. This dataset is heavily inspired by the previous Trending YouTube Videos dataset on the information from YouTube API. However, there was a need for a new dataset that contains new videos statistics from 2021, the previous data was relatively ancient (dated 2017).

Content

The dataset contains a total of 16 columns describing interesting features such as Title, date/time of upload, description of video, and also files were categorized based on the region of Trending, this way it is easy to see which demographics have similarities. Currently, It contains data from 10 Regions/Countries scrapped from Google YouTube API, it has several weeks of data as of now. I am not planning to update this dataset any more but if needed I'll make a fresh one with more entries.
