Context
The 2019–20 coronavirus outbreak is an ongoing epidemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. It was first identified in December 2019 in Wuhan, China. Source: Wikipedia.
Content
This dataset contains a repository of genomes that are similar to 2019-nCoV / SARS-CoV-2. GenBank MN908947, MN988668 and MN988669 should all be variants of SARS-CoV-2. The rest of the sequences are sequences that are similar to SARS-CoV-2.
