Context

The goal of this dataset is to predict the salary of jobs based on several descriptions provided by the employer. It would be beneficial for an individual or a company to estimate the salary of particular job. The data was scrapped on 13 March 2022.

Competition

This dataset was used in the Data Analytic Competition FindIT 2022, held by the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia.

Column description:

1. job_title = the name of the job
2. location = company location
3. salary_currency = the currency used in salary
4. career_level = career level such as manager, CEO, etc
5. experience_level = experience required for applicants
6. education_level = education required for applicants
7. employment_type = full-time, part-time, or internship
8. job_function = category of the job
9. job_benefits = benefit given by the company
10. company_process_time = average time the company will give response to the applicants
11. company_size = number of employee in the company
12. company_industry = the company's sector of service
13. job_description = description of the job
14. salary = salary offered by the company
