We believe this is the first minute level highway meteorological multimodal dataset in Kaggle. It contains actual data collected from a meteorological station and corresponding surveillance video images which are collected in East Asia area. The meteorological elements in the dataset are: Visibility(m), Temperature(℃), Humidity(%), Recipitation (mm), Wind speed(m/s), Pavement temperature(℃). The datetime is 2024.1.31.
