This dataset is retrieved from Singapore's national data repository on 22 Apr 2024. It is an accumulation of information relating to the sale of Singapore's public housing apartments locally known as flats. I have taken the liberty to append additional information relating to the x/y, latitude/longitude of transacted flats by searching the block number and road name through Onemap, the authoritative national map of Singapore.

The dataset was prepared for my notebook that explores the prices of public housing in Singapore between 2017 to 2024, and is governed by the terms of the Singapore Open Data Licence version 1.0.
